About UNM Hillel
Hillel at UNM offers a variety of activities for Jewish undergraduates, graduate students, and young professionals in the comfortable, home-like atmosphere of the Aaron David Bram Hillel House, located on the UNM campus. We are supported by the Jewish Federation of New Mexico and by generous donations from community members.
In the 2018-2019 academic year, our activities included:
Shabbat evening services and home-cooked kosher Shabbat meals with vegetarian and gluten-free options
MitzVote campus-wide voting party to get out the vote
Volunteering at local food bank Storehouse NM
Night of Peace interfaith dinner and fundraising event for a hospital in Yemen
Challah braiding lessons
